THIS MINORS RELEASE before the
minor is allowed to race their first event in
2012. Both parents must sign (even if
living in different houses) and then as usual at
least one guardian must accompany the child at
the event.

Friday Flashback:
Back in 2009 we made our
first stop at Leesville Motorsports Park and
Stephen Reed took the Overall and XC1 class win on a Suzuki RM250
followed by Stephen Sturges (KTM) 2nd XC1 and
Kevin Hutchinson (KAW) in third. You'll
have to watch the video below
to see a podium picture.
Here's a brief preview of the FUN coming up at
Rnd 1 of the 2012 LACC Series. Top area mx
racer Adam Cedillo from Ville Platte, LA and
bonus point worker Rodney Jones (& another
unknown rider) were riding late afternoon so out
came the cell phone camera...as you'll see we
made some new trail sections and the mx track #2
in dirt pit was slowed down...no more turning
the two small tabletops into one big double (as
shown by Trampas Parker at the beginning of this
2011 video with 775 views!)
Husaberg's Nick
Fahringer (left) and Mike Lafferty (below) are
ready for the Nat'l Enduro Round 1 in South
Carolina this weekend!
Fahringer now with Moose. Read full interview here!
Thanks to Jim Barrett in South Louisiana for
passing this on. The Recreational
Trails Program (RTP) is in deep trouble.
Originally known as the Symm's Act, the RTP has
been a major, often single source of motorized
trail funding in Louisiana and across the
nation. If you ride on a public trail in
Louisiana it has been funded by RTP. Without
future funding existing trails will not be
maintained and future trails not constructed.
Survival of RTP is vital to our recreation. RTP
funding ceases March 31, 2012. Please don't put
this aside. RTP will be saved by a grass root
effort of all trail enthusiasts. Please see
this
Press Release.

from the beginning of the East Coast Lites

Circuit/Kawasaki’s Darryn Durham is ready to get
back into racing. This week, Thor Theater caught
up with Durham as he pounded out some laps on
the all-new Lucas Oil MX Park’s Supercross
track."

legendary Castillo Ranch in Central California
