Freddie “Pete” Cooper

June 13, 1957 – November 29, 2015

Pete Cooper grew up riding dirt bikes and running in the hills of Sicily Island with his family and friends. He graduated from Sicily Island High School and later from LA Tech University earning a degree in Electrical Engineering. In his career with Chevron, Pete traveled and lived all over the world. Through his travels, he made many life-long friends. He loved and delighted in his friends and family. He was full of life, always smiling and laughing. He was caring and enjoyed helping others. He could always be found working on the land, building something, or fixing absolutely any kind of equipment, from electronics to machinery. He was an avid golfer who loved the game and the competition. Pete was a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church. He was also a Master Mason with the Keystone 213 Masonic Lodge of Sicily Island. Though Pete lived on 5 different continents during his lifetime, his heart remained always with his family and friends in the hills of Sicily Island.
